Through the Lenses

My Photography Philosophy

「一期一会」Ichi-go-ichi-e is a Japanese idiom that originated from the traditional tea ceremony where every meeting was to be cherished as moments in life can never be repeated. It revolves around the concept of "once in a lifetime"-treasuring every encounter because every encounter is special!

Nothing captivates me more than seeing myriad forms of liveliness in my years of life. My photography philosophy derives from the element of life, but mainly ichi-go-ichi-e. Through my photographs, I hope to convey the sense of appreciation for living.
