I’m Prodpran Sukcharoen (โปรดปราน สุขเจริญ), but most people call me Proddy for short. Ambitious and creative food and beverage professional with a proven track record of crafting immersive dining experiences. Bringing a blend of culinary expertise and strategic management, I am dedicated to elevating service standards and maximizing guest satisfaction in the ever-evolving world of hospitality.

My varied interests derive from my experiences and interactions with people from different walks of life. I share a strong passion for hospitality management, events, fine wines, visual arts, photography, community service, and mixology. Although Thai blood flows within me, I grew up intertwined between different cultures, which enables me to call three places my home: Thailand, Japan, and the USA.
